From a young age, Cane has always had an affection for technology. He started with web development during secondary school and even had a career as a professional gamer. Combining his Business and Technology skills is what Cane loves to do most. Currently, he is the leading Project Manager for the DEITY Core, responsible for the delivery of the DEITY Open Source Project.

During this talk, we will go over how DEITY transforms typical e-commerce solutions into fully featured headless and PWA front-ends. Although PWA is all about user experience, the first user of DEITY is the developer. Besides covering PWA, headless and common website myths, we will dive deeper into how the DEITY architecture is set up and how certain technologies and design patterns are used – and how it will improve the developer experience.
